Stories shape us, but they are powerless if they are not heard. From patients to plumbers, I’ve worked on design solutions for diverse groups of people by understanding their stories. I believe everyone has an important story to tell and everyone deserves great design.
I also understand that great design requires great strategy. With a background in project management and a business education, I know the importance of reaching business objectives. As a UX designer, I work to bridge the gap between these objectives and customer happiness.
